Plan and schedule daily shipments based on customer orders and delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Monitor transportation routes and adjust plans in real time to address delays or disruptions.
Track shipments and delivery status to provide updates to internal teams and customers.
Manage documentation such as bills of lading, shipping labels, customs forms, and delivery receipts.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize loading/unloading activities based on shipment urgency.
Use logistics software (TMS) to schedule, monitor, and report on logistics operations.
Resolve day-to-day issues related to transport delays, damaged goods, or customer complaints.
