Autoneum acquires Chinese automotive supplier Chengdu FAW-Sihuan Automobile Interior Parts

Autoneum has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Chengdu FAW-Sihuan Interior Parts. The aim is to further expand its customer base to include other major Chinese vehicle manufacturers. The transaction is scheduled to close in July 2025.
